Since balsa 1.2.1 (and some earlier cvs versions), you have the choice
between `forward inline' which includes the text parts of the original
message in plain text, and `forward attached', which forwards the *complete*
original message including all attachments as message/rfc822. You can
configure the forward button to call one of these methods in the mail
options->outgoing preferences dialog.
If you want to forward only some attachments of the original message, you
have to save them first to files and attach them by hand. However, this is
more "creating a new message" then "forwarding".
