compose-window layout proposal...

Hi all,
  a really big "thank you" to Matthew Guenther for adding
multiple identities support to balsa!!!

Unfortunately i find a little trivial the method to change
an identity while composing a message...
I'd try to modify sendmsg-window.c by myself but i'm not really
able to...

So i launched the gimp and... this is my proposal for
what the compose window should look like...
