new icons 1

hello!

now that i got balsa working again ;) moved to esmtp
(i dislike it but i needed to do so) oki here the problems
you might already recognized that many icons for attachments
wont be shown because of the endless mimetypes that comes
in with each attachment. i went through all my messages
that got some attachments and linked matching nautilus icons
against the requested filetype. if you want to try them then
please depack them to /usr/local/share/pixmaps or wherever
your gnome share/pixmaps directory is.
