Feature/Bug: append/prepend signature

If I check both append and prepend check
boxes (don't ask why anyone would do that :)
in the Identity Edit dialog box, the
signature is added only once it is appended.

I think it is not very logical. Either is
should be applied twic: prepended and
appended, or the checkboxes should be
changed to radio boxes for mutually
exclusive options.
