separate announcements list

Can you create a separate mailing list to announce new versions, security
alerts, and other items of interest to balsa users who are not developers?

While I like to know how the project is progressing and stay with the latest
version, the balsa-list has become far to busy for me to follow it.

Would anyone else like to see a separate balsa-users list?
