libESTMP component in balsa

Hi,

I keep reading older bug reports related to mail sending etc. and I
wonder if it would make sense to create libESTMP component in balsa for
reporting this kind of stuff. It would be easier to keep track of
problems, versions and reports.

Does it sound sensible?
