SMTP/POP3 SSL Support

Hi, all

I have successfully compiled Balsa-1.1.0 - with SSL
option. FYI : There is a need to change the Makefile
in the src directory to make it complie . Just make
sure the lssl comes b4 lcrypto . The compliation
should get through..

I am wondering if Balsa1.1.0  supports SMTP/POP3 SSL
