Installing libestemp

In installing libesmtp-0.8.6-1.i386.rpm, I get a message that it needs:

libcrypto.so.2
libltdl.so.3
libssl.so.2 

I have:

libcrypto.so.0.9.6
libltdl.so.0.1.2
libssl.so.0.9.6

What package do I need in order to get these?  I am running RH7.1.  I 
have checked with Red Hat and with openssl.org and haven't been able to 
come up with versions newer than those I already have.
