BUG (1.2pre2) in mailbox list refresh

	Hi all,
when I create a local mbox, it doesn't appear in the mailbox list. I have
to exit and restart balsa to have it in the list.
I have no time to dig for that now, perhaps later but..., so if there is
another volunteer :)
