besides mentioned that the key_press_event will soon take care for
the missbehave of balsa compose window, when you have a long text
that you need to scroll and you cut a long part out then some lines
get borked, you need to refresh the window to get correct contents.
soon this event will refresh the window, when doing a cut, so this
never happens anymore.. so please be patient, but please gimme some
hints, why the cursor stuff behaves strange.
