easteregg trashcan patch :)

hello,

wasted some time on this. well actually i am trying to
understand more about the balsa code itself but as result
this came out :)

well lets say you have a house and a couple of trashcans.
you put things inside it, then you put more things inside
it and you do this for one week. what happens ? exactly
that thing gets filled. but hell... our balsa trashcan
never fills :(

this patch changes this behaviour, please don't take this
patch to serious at all. at least it show you the status
of your trashcan whenever you open balsa or close it,
either it's filled or it's empty, i don't know how it
behaves on imap mailboxes but i took much care in doing
this.

apply this patch to the current ANON CVS of balsa (usually
with some days delay) and have fun.

little note:
------------
- still a refresh problem, it would be nice to get the
  icon status changed whenever i place something in the
  trash or whenever the last item is removed. but i am
  working on this stuff as more i learn about balsa.
- applying this patch and please do this. cd balsa/src/pixmaps
  and delete the trash.xpm and copy the attached 2 icons inside
  it :)
