CVS Balsa has context sensitive menus

Hi all,

I have just commited a change to CVS Balsa which makes the main menu and
toolbar buttons sensitive depending on whether a message is selected, a
mailbox is writable etc. (I haven't done the right-click context menus yet,
but I will)

I noticed that the 'Reply to All' icon does not get grayed out properly.
Does anyone know why this might be?

Also, if anyone has any comments on the re-arranged menus I would be
interested. I have tried to put all current message related stuff in the
Message menu, all current mailbox stuff in the Mailbox menu (duh!), but I
have tried to group things that are active at the same time togther as much
as possible. I also moved some stuff from the Mailbox menu to File, since
it was not specific to the current mailbox (I am wondering if the new
mailbox menu item should go here too...)
