Spell checking

The spell checking code is committed now, hopefully it works for everybody. The
biggest problem with it right now is it's international support isn't stellar.
This is more of a problem of the pspell library itself, it currently doesn't
support the koi8-u character set, and it's a bit complicated to set up. However
it has a nice interface, works well, and seems pretty stable from my experience.

In order to get pspell, people need to go to:

http://pspell.sourceforge.net

And download the pspell library itself, as well as one or more of the available
modules. There's only two available right now, ispell and aspell, both linked to
from pspell web page. Then compile the libraries and modules, making sure to
follow the instructions in the pspell README file, it's somewhat more
complicated than the standard ./configure && make && make install.

Please report any problems you have, and other than that happy spelling! :-)
