Message will be queued when the SMTP host is not accessible.

PS. concerning bug report on Polish characters, I am tracing this bug and
have impression that is comes from GtkText - I have found out that this
widget behaves inconsistently with GtkEntry (i.e. changing font works
perfect on GtkEntry widgets but not for GtkText). I observed that
switching locale from pl_PL to e.g. en_US helps. I don't know why.
