address book?

Hey,
  I'm running Balsa 1.0pre2.  I'm having a bit of trouble with my
address book.  The balsa address book is empty, despite having 10-
15 gnomecard entries.  I've tried to "Re-import" them to no avail.
  What can I do to resolve this issue?  Thanks for your help . .
