Some problem in Message window

Hello!
I'm Korean, so I short at english, plese understand me.
I use charset EUC-KR, but charset in file src/balsa-message.c is wrong.
euc-kr matches 'ksc5601.1987-0' not 'jisx0208.1983-0'. jisx0208.1983-0 is for japanese.
'ko_OK' is wrong, 'ko_KR' is right in file src/sendmsg-window.c
And I got another problem. I can see korean and english only when I use the
function 'gdk_fontset_load' instead of 'gdk_font_load' in src/balsa-message.c
