Alias expansion

Is there anybody working on alias expansion? I would like to fix it (read:
make it behave properly with respect to selections and stuff) ASAP (i.e.
during the weekend).
BTW, pre3 tends to trash on right mouse button clicking on attachments so
just don't do it. Or use CVS.
