Flagging

I usually use procmail to filter my mail, then read it with balsa.  Is
there a way to automatically flag E-mails with, let's say, "Balsa"  or
something in the subject?  In other words, I want them in the same folder
as my other "gnome.org" mails (procmail already does this), but I want the
"Balsa" mails to be flagged with the "!" symbol automatically.
