LDAP support

Hello,

I've hacked together some rudimentary support for LDAP
and address completion in balsa 0.8.1.  It allows the
user to enter some text in the To:, Cc:, or Bcc: fields,
then type Control-T to query an LDAP server and complete
the text into an email address.  The LDAP server and base
DN are configured via the preferences screen.

Is this the right place to make submissions?  Should I
send a patch file to the list, or is there a better way?
