Fix for Mailbox configuration problems

Attached is a patch which fixes the problem where you can't add/modify the
configuration of a mailbox because balsa won't accept that some fields are
filled in.

It also allows the password field to be blank, since balsa will prompt when it
needs a password.

I also initialized some fields in some of the mailbox classes, just for good
measure.
