prepend signature patch

i've created a patch to 1.0.1 that allows you to
insert your signature before the quoted text in a
reply or forwarded message.  coming from pine, i
missed this little feature in long multi-reply
messages.  hopefully this ends up in the main
distribution, as i'm sure SOMEONE else out there would
like this functionality.

the patch adds a checkbox to the signature preference
page, labeled:

insert signature before quoted messages

it is off by default so it won't surprise anyone down
the road.  it is also NOT internationalized, so
someone should probably do the translations....  :)

how to apply:
1) download patch from
http://www.monkey.org/~jhorwitz/balsa/balsa-1.0.1-prependsig.diff
2) untar a fresh balsa-1.0.1 distribution
3) cd balsa-1.0.1
4) copy patch to current directory
5) patch -p1 < balsa-1.0.1-prependsig.diff
6) build as usual, no extra configuration necessary
