Yes, I confirm the existence of this bug. I regretfully admit that the
0.8.x line is not developed actively anymore. This is fixed in 0.9.0,
IIRC.

Not yet. 0.9.2 has still them. 

Current 0.9.x line has the POP bugs fixed - or it seems so - but it has
serious threading problems. I know Ian is working on it day and night and
we hope threading will be fixed ReallySoon.
