Bug in 0.9.1?

I'm trying to compile 0.9.1, but I get an error at line 278 in send.c,
'sending_mail' is undeclared. Since it's declared in threads,h, and
that's only included if BALSA_USE_THREADS is defined, I assume it ought
only to be used within an #ifdef BALSA_USE_THREADS?

I just haven't worked out yet where to put the #ifdef to fix it ;-)

BTW, should I be using threads anyway?
