Balsa 4.6.2

Whenever I try to compile Balsa 4.6.1, I get the following error:

I am trying to compile this on a slackware system, with Glibc 2.0.6, egcs
1.1.1, gnome 0.99, and gtk and glib 1.1.13.  Anybody have any idea whats
wrong?
