where is gtkrc for balsa

Hi all,

i want to change the fonts and colors in balsa.
i just changed some settings in /usr/share/gnome/gtkrc but
nothing seemed to happen.
so what do i do? any idea?

my balsa is balsa_0.4.5-1_i386.deb.

BTW, does balsa support XIM X Input Methods?
i can use XIM in other gnome apps such like panel,gnomecal,gmc,
gnome-help-browser and so on.
