[Bug 121552] Theme download page should give installation instructions

Partly. It's currently implemented for icon, gtk and metacity themes, since
those all have the same instructions. GDM themes and splash screens need more
detailed instructions, where there currently isn't space on the page for this.
It might be possible to solve this by using a link to the FAQ item which
details the installation procedure.
