[xslt] Release of libxslt-0.6.0

  Biggest change is the way XPath patterns are interpreted, there is now
a separate parsing and interpretation phase, this should boost speed
on computation intensive stylesheets:
 - requires libxml 2.3.5, which provide XPath expression compilation support 
 - document() extension should fonction properly 
 - fixed a number or reported bugs
