CVS surgery

Hello Dr. Martin,

We need some CVS surgery from the hands of a world-wide famous
surgeon like yourself.

Can you move : "ximian-setup-tools/backends" to it's own module
called "setup-tools-backends" ? We can then add the backend directory
with the & in the CVSROOT file so that XST ends up with the backend
directory in it. (just like we do the macros dir)

The KDE guys are considering sharing the backends for a set of system
configuration tools, this will allow them to get the backend directory
on it own.

I would like if we can keep all the cvs history for the backends, we
don't want to loose it.

Can it be done ?
