[Setup-tool-hackers] Report - Jan 21, 2001

- Got familiar with the project. Read lots of code and played with it.
- Fixed a couple of small bugs.
- Got some PERL books and started learning PERL.
- Started cleaning src/common/tool.c and the time tool. (not comited)
   This was halted because we might wait the after the release to start
cleaning the code.
- Wrote a couple of ideas on what we should do as a team to improve the
code quality.
