Orbit2 in server side & OmniOrb in client side

Why the Orbit2's IOR is longer than OmniOrb's IOR?
My .orbitrc contains the follow lines:
ORBIIOPUNIX=0
ORBIIOPIPv4=1
ORBIIOPIPv6=0
ORBIIOPIPSock=16000
#ORBNamingIOR=corbaloc:iiop:myhost:16000
Why I can't interconnect Orbit2 with Omniorb?
