autogen.sh error in cvs

Hello all,

I'm trying to build NM for the first time but I'm getting stuck while running
autogen.sh:

Running intltoolize...
intltoolize: 'po/Makefile.in.in' is out of date: use '--force' to overwrite

I could see that intltoolize is indeed called with --force in
/usr/bin/gnome-autogen.sh and thus I do not understand the error.
