GTK+ for win32

Is there anyone that builds development versions of GTK+ for win32
(semi-regularly at that)? Also, I can swear that there were instructions
to build it that Tor did that were with the pages for building GIMP. I
can't seem to find it any longer though, can anyone point in the right
direction? I only ask because there is a bugfix that was committed since
2.6.7 that I'd like to take advantage of and unfortunately it doesn't
look like 2.6.8 will be out by the time we package inkscape. Thanks for
any help!
