We would have no problem hosting it. (In fact, I suggested creating
one here a month or so ago, but never followed through on creating
it.) But it might take a little while to get set up.

As for archives, yes, we don't have a very good setup at the
moment. It would be archived on gnome.org with the rest of the GTK+
mailing list archives, but those aren't currently searchable.

(If somebody wants to volunteer to set up a better mailing
list archive package on gnome.org and migrate the archives
over,. I'm sure something could be arranged...)

Anyways, I'm happy to go ahead and get the ball rolling one
setting up gtk-perl-list@redhat.com if that's what people want.
