A recent test with Cisco / Picturtel VC equipment produced excellent 
results. Acccording to Cisco marketroids this was because of 
"superior software & equipment". A little probing revealed that the 
routers were tweaked for QOS/TOS recognition. 
IMHO routers can be (Cisco can be forced to tweak) tweaked by 
customers with large networks and this will definetly prove 
beneficial. Ofcourse one can always use iptables/netfilter to 
suitable color packets.
