Hello,
       Here is what u wanted!
The steps which I followed

At first untar the following files (Just search the tar files in the net
u'll get it).

Start at location where openh323,pwlib,gnomemeeting tar files are  found
STEP 1
 tar -xvzf openh323_1.9.10.tar.gz
tar -xvzf pwlib_1.3.11.tar.gz
Then do the following
STEP 2
 export PWLIBDIR="/home/murugesan/pwlib"
 export OPENH323DIR="/home/murugesan/openh323"
STPE 3
     cd pwlib
     make bothnosharedelse
      make bothdepend
After making type
STPE 4
     cd /home/murugesan/openh323
make bothnoshared
     else
      make bothdepend
