Hi, some people complained of problems with video.
I noticed that the way video was handled for opening the video device in pwlib
was not efficient and needed far more ioctl's than what is necessary.

I patched pwlib and GnomeMeeting, but I would like that people test them.
Please mail me privately if you had problems with video.
