[gnome-db] libgnomedb compile problem

I compiled libgda with a few providers just fine with RH9.

Now when I try to compile libgnomedb it bails out with this after a
while:

grep: /usr/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.la: No such file or directory
/bin/sed: can't read /usr/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.la: No such file or
directory
libtool: link: `/usr/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.la' is not a valid libtool
archive
make[1]: *** [libgnomedb-2.la] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/toor/libgnomedb-0.11.0/libgnomedb'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

I don't have libgda-x11-2.0.la and I can't seem to find which rpm on RH9
provides it. Any ideas? Is there a configure switch to get around this?
