UI compatibility layer ...

Hi all,

	I just removed the transltional compatibility layer from the
install, so if you havn't converted your bonobo app to the new UI handler
you will stop building at this point. The module is still in CVS, if you
feel particularly agrieved by this, simply copy bonobo-ui-compat.[ch] into
your project and suffer the consequences ...

	I have verified that the following modules seem to build and run
cleanly for me:

	evolution, nautilus, gtkhtml, gnumeric, guppi3, glade, libglade

	It seem Darin fixed xpdf before I got there ( thanks ) so that is
clean too.
