bonobo docs ...

Hi Maciej,

	Apologies for that, I added the docs back in in response to the
RPM being broken; I hadn't realized that we havn't been shipping docs from
many versions and that the automake behind it was horribly broken.

	I'm fixing it now so we ship docs, and also make non gtkdoc builds
easy.
