Looks about right.  Note that many maintainers aren't real fond of
just tweaking priority & severity settings a little bit[1]. I know
this isn't mentioned in the triage guide; maybe someone can figure out
a good way to add it.  Any volunteers?

[1] The reasons: it's an extra email, it doesn't remove the bug off
their plate or provide any information to help them to do so, and it's
not going to put their bug on a much more important list or a much
smaller one.  In other words, it's effectively no change as far as
their querying or work for the bug goes other than getting an extra
email.
