Not really, except for cluttering up everyone's notions of what is open
and not. It'd be impressive how quickly sopwith's bug nags would improve
if we could clean out stuff that's (to be honest) never going to get
picked up again.

Yeah, that's what I'd like to do; maybe add a resolution like
'UNMAINTAINED.'
