request permission to add a new function to numpad layers for gnopernicus

Hi,

In gnopernicus current version is a feature that allows the user to monitor 
(watch) events for a particular object, but is no way to stop this process 
(of monitoring events). In order to do that, a new key from numpad layers 
should be assigned for that, and this key shoud be exposed to user.
Bug #132865 (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=132865) filed against 
gnopernicus is requiring this. 

The function will be assigned on an unused key, and the action is to clear an 
internal list of watched object. Its intension is to provide a way for user 
to stop an action in which he is no longer interested and will make the watch 
feature more atractive for user.
