[gnet-dev] 1.1.1 Async DNS bugs

There are a couple bugs in asynchronous DNS.  This affects systems that
use pthreads for DNS (this is detected in autoconf).  I hope to have a new
version with the bug fix tomorrow.  This will be 1.1.2.
