Re: Suggestion for default toolbar settings

Currently if I freshly install epiphany I get a two toolbars

* Toolbar 2
Web Adress | Go

Two toolbars by default is using up a large piece of precious screen
real estate. Furthermore many of the functions of the first toolbar are
hardly used and simply can confuse first time users. My proposal is to
have just one toolbar just like firefox.

I.e.
Back | Forward | Stop | Reload | Web Address | Go | GNOME Foot for
progress

What do you all think about this? In my opinion it fits with the GNOME
philosophy to keep things simple.

The one thing I have found a bit annoying with Epiphany is that Toolbar 1 is not efficient with space. I use "icons only" rather than icons + text, because using that makes the toolbar shorter (top to bottom) and I know what the icons mean without needing the text labels to remind me. The toolbar is half empty with the default icon set. That's a lot of wasted space. I don't want to add a bunch of other icons I don't need just to fill up the blank space. I would rather be able to move something I find useful to that space, like a few smart search boxes or a bookmark group.
