The attached patch (for epiphany-extensions 1.5.3) provides the Actions extension, which allows to define custom commands to be executed on URLs (current page, links and images). Actions are added through the Edit->Actions menu, and appear in the popup menu of the current page, links and/or images (depending on the "Applies to" action setting).
