Site certificates fits decently in pdm ihmo, it's not different from
cookies. Also if I'm not wrong mozilla have in pdm stuff like blocked
images per site or something like that, which is very similar.

CA Certificates ... heh good question. I'm still trying to develop a
decent conceptual model for them. A certificate that certificate another
certificate isnt exactly the most clear thing at world, especially if
put on the same level of the certified certificates. Really unsure about
this :/
