My plan was to add a protocol handlers.

mailto: evolution, balsa (others ?)
irc: gnome-chat, xchat

Not that the order is irrelevant, vfs just pick the first one in
alphabetic order ...
Just noticed that a mail reader tab has been added to the applications
capplet, maybe that's enough for mailto:, need to check.
