Hi, there are good reasons Epiphany isn't in testing yet, mostly due to
dependencies on other parts of GNOME and Mozilla.  Check the list at
http://bjorn.haxx.se/debian/testing.pl?package=epiphany-browser

Can't do much but wait for these to be resolved.
