Well the default setup (if you have no old bookmarks files for example) is 
to add the all topic, plus a smartbookmark for google, You can drag and drop 
other bookmarks to the bookmarks bar as well for fast access, or add them 
via the file menu in the bookmarks window. Its all in the help docs :)
