Filters : known issue

	Hi all,
if someone is playing with my filters patches, here is an issue I'm aware
of : if you delete filters, it can happen that there are not really deleted
(ie after restarting balsa, they will be still there). The bug is due to
lack of cleanness of config sections.
I'm working on another set of patches, much more complete, and for which I
corrected this bug.
So if you need filters and this bug annoys you, tell me I'll send you the
other set of patches (it's just more featured and with less bug, but
basically the use is the same as the current ones).
